Suspected Meth Cook Indicted on Multiple Felony Charges

James Clark Haldeman, 48, of North Canton, remains in custody and is awaiting trial in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas.

A Stark County grand jury has indicted James Clark Haldeman – a North Canton man accused of running a meth lab out of his home – on four felony charges.  According to the online court docket, Haldeman is being charged with the illegal manufacture of drugs, a first-degree felony; illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony; two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both third-degree felonies; and aggravated possession of drugs.  Haldeman remains in Stark County Jail, and is being held on a $100,000 cash surety bond. He's awaiting trial and will appear before Judge Kristin G. Farmer in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas.  Haldeman's arrest North Canton police obtained a search …
