Cessna's Italian Restaurant to Make a Comeback in North Canton

City officials confirmed the family-owned Italian restaurant will make its return to South Main Street, but in a different location

If you've noticed the "Cessna's" sign in the 700 block of South Main Street and wondered if the family-owned Italian restaurant is on its way back to town, it is. The restaurant, which opened at 1212 S. Main St. in November 2009 and closed about a year later is making a comeback, according to North Canton Economic Development Director Eric Bowles. According to a 2009 Canton Repository story, the family (Joan and Clayton Cessna and their son Vince) had dreamed of opening the restaurant and felt then that it was the right time.
