We found this completely made up story in the farcical online newspaper The Onion this week and had a good laugh about the North Canton name-drop. 2. SNEAK PEEK: Mo' Mojo Band Brings Zydeco Sound to Brews After 5

The North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce snagged one lively band to play at its annual Brews After 5 event, taking place tonight at Hoover Park

No, your eyes aren't deceiving you; that musician really is playing a rubboard. The rubboard is just one unique instruments in a lineup of many when it comes to the band Mo' Mojo. You'll also see them pick up the accordion, fiddle, guitar, bass, sax, trumpet and harp as well as percussion instruments. The band will play at the North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce's Brews After 5 event, which takes place from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. tonight at Hoover Park. Tickets for the event, which features 10 beers from around the world, are sold in advance through event committee members and will also be available at the door. Need more details? Brews After 5 Event Brings Another Round of Eclectic Drinks to North Canton

The event, hosted by the North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce, takes place from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. Oct. 3 at Hoover Park

Looking to get a little more adventurous with your drink choices?  The North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce can help with that. The Chamber will host its annual Brews After 5 event from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. Oct. 3 at Hoover Park, and it's put together a strong lineup of drinks. We're talking brews ranging from very light (the Belgian Affligem Blond) to the darker stuff (the Waterloo Dark). There's even some limited edition brews, like the Newcastle Werewolf Ale, and some that are just hitting the shelves, like the Leinkugel Lemon Berry Shandy.
