Allerding took a few minutes to talk to North Canton Patch this week about coming back to her alma mater and her expectations for her first year coaching at Hoover High. North Canton Patch: Tell me about your coaching and basketball experience. Abbey …

A team of five Hoover students competed against four other groups from local high schools to complete a 4x4 mural that depicts the student's concept of the assigned theme of innovation. With a time limit of two hours and 15 minutes to plan, lay out and paint their concept, our students moved quickly to blend the imagery of the mechanical past with today's digital age. Awards were given for "employee favorite" and "judges choice" (first place). Our students won first place! Each student received a great gift basket, fleece blankets and T-…
