My First Emcee Experience

On March 31, I had the honor of emceeing my first charity brunch.  

This was for the Akron, Cuyahoga Falls and Barberton chapeter of Zonta International. This organization is women supporting women in business. They teach women in less fortunate countries to sew so they can make clothing to sell to provide for their families.  

I met many wonderful, amazing women at this event. Also in attendance was Miss Ohio High School, Brianna-Marie Bell.

Zonta International was founded in 1919 in Buffalo, NY. Their mission statement says "Zonta International is a global organization of executive and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy."  

Also on April 19, at the Silver Lake Country Club, I will attend the Dessert Extravaganza. And on April 20, I will attend an Alzheimer Awareness Fundraiser in North Canton at the Alex D. Krassas Center.  I will blog about these events and post photos as well.
