We found Bret Rodgers at the North Canton YMCA today. He likens filling out a March Madness bracket to playing the lottery — it's all up to chance!

"It's like the lottery," he said.

Did you catch student ? He's been filling out a bracket for about seven years and "I lost a lot of money, too," he said.
