WATCH: Orchard Hill Students Get Lesson From Mad Scientist

students got excited about science Monday morning as they watched some wacky experiments performed by Dr. Weirdo from the Mad Science program.

Dr. Weirdo, (also known as Jamie Ely), said Mad Science gives the students an avenue to understand and like science by making it fun.

"Everybody gets something different out of it. We have hundreds and hundreds of different classes that we used in our after-school programs and in-school workshops."

And this wasn't the end of Mad Science at Orchard Hill, Ely said. Monday's assembly was a kick-off to a six-week after-school program that starts next year.
