Here's more info in a letter from Hoover High video productions instructor:

If you know of any one who is currently serving or has served in the military, please consider sending a picture of them to veteransday@northcantonschools.org

When you submit the picture, please list the name, the branch of service, and the years of service in the email and attach the picture.

For example, the email may say:

"Private Jill Smith, Air Force, Currently Serving" or "Officer John Hoover, Army, served 1967-72"

The picture could show the person in their fatigues or military uniform, or it could be a recent photo of him/her.

Photos could also be brought to Hoover High School, to the security desk at the 7th St. entrance. They will be scanned and returned.

We would like to include as many pictures as possible in a video that is being created for this year's program.  However, submitting a photo does not guarantee that it will be used in the video.

Please send your pictures to veteransday@northcantonschools.org by Friday, Oct. 26.

Sincerely,

Tom Wilson
Station Manager
Coordinator of District Television
