Suarez Corp. Industries Lawsuit Dismissed
The Canton Repository reported the lawsuit has been dismissed in Stark County Common Pleas Court
The Canton Repository recently reported that the lawsuit attempting to stop a grant program for has been dismissed.
City Council had discussed on several occasions granting SCI an to get SCI to move into the Hoover District. Andy Martin, a New York law professor, along with North Canton resident , filed the lawsuit against the city in June, claiming the city didn't take the proper procedures in passing the ordinance.
