North Canton Councilman Considers Options After Costly Error

At-large North Canton City Councilman Mark Cerreta got some more bad news this week after the Stark County Board of Elections declined to reconsider its decision to remove Cerreta from the November ballot.
Cerreta was taken off the ballot in August after he inadvertently neglected to include his address on a petition form, according to the Board.
However, Cerreta told the Canton Repository he's considering whether to appeal the decision in court.
