LOOK: Obama, Air Force One Touch Down at Akron-Canton Airport

President Barack Obama flew into Ohio Wednesday and landed at the Akron-Canton Airport before traveling to Kent State University for a campaign rally

Wednesday was a pretty exciting day for the folks at Akron-Canton Airport as they watched the president of the United States fly in on Air Force One.

President Barack Obama was on his way to Kent that day for a campaign rally at Kent State University.

CAK employees updated the airport's Facebook page and tweeted about Obama's arrival, telling Twitter followers "AF1 is an amazing aircraft to see — even in the rain."
