City Hall, Library, Post Office Will Be Closed Tuesday
Next week's trash collection schedule is altered; Christmas trees will be picked up for free.
North Canton City Hall will be closed Tuesday in observance of New Year's Day, as will the North Canton Public Library and North Canton Post Office.
But those who want to get in a quick workout before their holiday meal can do so! The North Canton YMCA will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on New Year's Eve and from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on New Year's Day.

City trash pickup service will be one day late Tuesday through Friday of next week, with a special Saturday pickup planned for customers whose normal trash collection day is Friday.

The city offers free Christmas tree pickup service to all North Canton residents who are in the city refuse pickup program.
All Christmas trees should be at the curb by 6 a.m. on your scheduled trash pickup day. Cut the tops off the trees if they are over six feet tall.
