A 16-year-old North Canton resident was arrested April 18 after police found him in possession of marijuana, cocaine, hallucinogenic mushrooms, rolling papers and a digital scale.
According to North Canton Police Sgt. Shawn Bates, the teen’s father informed officers of his son’s alleged drug activity.

Police responded to 500 block of 10th Street NE, found the drug cache and hit the teenager with several drug-related charges.

While a North Canton woman stopped inside St. Paul Church to pick up her son on April 29, a thief smashed her passenger’s side window and stole 11 credit cards, a check book, cash and her ID.
