A man in the 100 block of Applegrove Street NE told police he lent his car to someone Sept. 14, and when he asked for it back the person refused to return it.

Vandals damage stop signs, Dumpster

Someone defaced three stop signs and one Dumpster in the 500 block of Bakers Court about 7:45 p.m. Sept. 15, causing about $50 in damages.
