GPS, iPod stolen from car on Willaman Avenue
On Nov. 25, thieves got into a Willaman Avenue car and stole a GPS and iPod, police said. The car was not locked.
Everhard Road apartment robbed, suspect arrested

A 28-year-old man broke into an Everhard Road apartment on Nov. 24, and made off with all sorts of technology. Police arrested Matthew Brown and charged him with burglary, theft and criminal damaging for breaking in. Police said he took an Xbox console with controllers, a controller recharger, several video games, a headset and a laptop. All items were recovered.
Whittier Avenue couple robbed of jewelry, bonds and money

On Nov. 21, thieves broke into a Whittier Avenue home and made off with jewelry and valuable collectables, police said. The 50-year-old victim told police the suspect(s) took gold watches, wedding rings, chains, cuff links, and pocket watches, as well as a war bond, savings bond, social security card, rosaries from all over the world and more than $1,500 cash. Police said there are no suspects.
Copper pipe theft on Hillcrest Avenue
Someone broke the basement window of an 88-year-old Hillcrest Avenue man's home and stole all the copper piping in his basement, police said. The pipe was valued at $1,050.
North Main Street home cleaned out
Someone broke into a trailer home on North Main Street on Nov. 22 and stole almost everything the 25-year-old woman had, police said. Suspects took clothing, a wicker table and chairs, toaster, laundry supplies, fans, microwave, board games and pots and pans. There are no suspects, police said.
