Drunken Man Found at Walking Path: Police Blotter

Stolen Harley
Someone stole a 2007 Harley Davidson Softail motorcycle from a parking garage in the 1700 block of Beechwood Avenue NE. The person took the $18,000 bike between 8 and 11:10 a.m. Sept. 21.

Police were called to the walking path near the 6500 block of Market Avenue because of a drunken 40-year-old man who had passed out near the path. The incident took place at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 22. The man performed a breath test for police and blew 0.297 and was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a minor misdemeanor.
