Bad news is, a car struck Four Kids Coffee this weekend, forcing the local business to close its doors on Monday.
Good news is, the repairs are underway, and the coffee shop will be ready for business at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.
According to Jackson Township police, a 57-year-old man reportedly lost consciousness as he pulled into the coffee shop’s parking lot at 4 p.m. Sunday.
When he passed out, his 2012 Toyota Camry crashed into the side of the business, causing moderate damage to the exterior, said police Sgt. Steve Johnson.
The coffee shop was closed at the time of the accident and no injuries were reported, said Johnson.
The driver was not cited.
It wasn’t immediately clear how much the repairs would cost.
