The following was provided by our news partner WEWS Channel 5.

Canton police are investigating after a suspect may have used animals to lure a young student on Sept. 26.

A white male, approximately 50 to 60 years old, with a beard approached the child at a bus stop near 38th Street and Vernon NW, according to the Stark County Sheriff's Office.
