Air conditioners stolen on Portage Street NW

Two air conditioning units valued at $1,000 were stolen from a property in the 1600 block of Portage Street NW between 8 p.m. Aug. 16 and 11 a.m. Aug. 18. 

Bikes stolen from unlocked garage on Beechwood Avenue

Someone stole two bicycles valued at $350 from an unlocked detached garage in the 1700 block of Beechwood Avenue NE between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday.

Woman reports stalkers

A woman in the 400 block of Holl Road told police she and another person were being stalked by someone who was trying to find her residence between Aug. 6 and Saturday. The person eventually found where she lived and confronted her.

Dog stolen from yard on Pershing Avenue NE

A brown dachshund with black spots was taken from a property in the 100 block of Pershing Avenue NE between 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Aug. 24.

Gun stolen from garage on Viking Street NW

Someone stole a $600 9 mm semi-automatic pistol from a garage in the 300 block of Viking Street NW between 7 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Aug. 24.

Wallet stolen from car

A wallet containing $20 cash was stolen from a car in the 200 block of 7th Street NE about 9 p.m. Saturday. 

Pool on Donner Avenue gets egged

A pool in the 700 block of Donner Avenue was egged between 7 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday. The eggs got into the pool water and damaged the pool's filter, causing $700 in damages.

Electronics stolen from Schneider Street home

A Dell laptop computer and an iPod were stolen from a home in the 1100 block of Schneider Street SE between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Aug. 20.

Confrontation at the golf course

A golfer at the told police he hit a ball too close to another golfer and was later threatened by the golfer. The incident happened about 7:10 p.m. Aug. 20. The police report did not contain any information on the suspect.
