Week in Review: Did You Miss Any North Canton News?

Tons of videos, school news and the announcement that we're taking on bloggers. You didn't miss any of that, did you?

  •  — We stopped into the Salon at Belden Place in Canton, where 13 foster teens were getting their hair styled for their prom through .
  •  — Three students spoke before a packed house at this week’s North Canton City Schools Board of Education meeting. They dominated in this year’s is the reason for their appearance.
  •  — Students in   spent this semester producing films on topics from fracking to septic systems. They showed them off Thursday at an on-campus screening. It wasn't all about showing off, either; the students wanted to get the word out about the important issues they studied.
  •  — The plan, which will take effect in the 2012-2013 school year, will realign the four North Canton elementaries and close the to integrate all-day, every-day kindergarten into the district.
