Heavy Snow Spurs Several Cancellations Today
Here's a list of closings and cancellations throughout North Canton
A winter storm warning is in effect for much of Northeast Ohio, including North Canton, until 4 p.m. today because of heavy snow.
We could see 2 to 4 inches of snow accumulate throughout the day and wind gusts as high as 33 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.
It calls for a chance of snow after noon Saturday, with a high near 31 and little to no snow accumulation.
Many schools in North Canton closed today or canceled morning and afternoon classes as snow and winds continue to whip through the area.
Closings:
All North Canton City Schools, including practices for all athletes and all adult education classes.
