Former Officer Sentenced for Firing Gun, Robotics Competition & More: Week in Review

1. Former police officer gets two years' probation: Scott F. Denniss, an officer with the North Canton Police Department for more than 20 years, pleaded guilty to inducing panic after firing a gun off duty in January. Find more details .

2. Way to go, Clearmount Elementary: Clearmount students donated more than 300 pounds of pet food and two large boxes of pet supplies to the Stark County Humane Society. Feel like giving them a pat on the back ()?
