Cessna's & Pita Pit to Open Soon, Little League Field Discussion & More: Week in Review

1. Cessna's is on its way back: Vince Cessna, owner of Cessna's restaurant on South Main Street, talked to North Canton Patch this week about the (re)opening of his restaurant after it closed in 2010. "I miss the customers," he told us.

2. Pita Pit on its way, too: That's right, North Canton is not only getting Cessna's back, but it'll get a Pita Pit on North Main Street. Check here to see when the restaurant will open.

3. Solution for parking problems at Little League field: This blog post on North Canton Patch also is getting a lot of attention. Resident Chuck Osborne says he's got the solution to fix the parking problem at the North Canton Little League ball fields.

4. Suspected drug addict chases down mother: A North Canton resident told police she feared her son was going to ask for drug money from her, so she drove to the police department and blared her horn to get the officers' attention inside.

5. Another way to unwind at the library: Yoga is making its way to the North Canton Public Library. The library will host three sessions this month, with no registration required.
