At a Glance: Fireworks Displays in and Around North Canton

Fireworks Displays

• North Canton: Parade through North Canton 10:30 a.m. Monday; park festivities at Memorial Stadium 6 p.m. Monday.

The North Canton Jaycees host . Watch the July 4 parade at 10:30 a.m. and then check out the celebration at 6 p.m. at Memorial Stadium. The event will feature live entertainment, food vendors and a fireworks display at dusk.

• Fairlawn:  8 p.m. Sunday, , located off of South Smith Road.

The annual free outdoor concert will feature a two-hour performance by the Brass Band of Western Reserve. The concert starts at 8 p.m., followed by a fireworks display at about 10 p.m.

• Cuyahoga Falls: , located at 1145 W. Steels Corners Road.

Blossom Festival Concerts: opening concert, 8 p.m. Saturday; Salute to the U.S.A., 8 p.m. Sunday; Stars and Stripes and Sousa Forever, 8 p.m. Monday

• Akron: Lock 3 Park, 9:50 p.m. Monday

The downtown Akron fireworks display will begin at 9:50 p.m. Monday. The display will correspond with the Akron Symphony playing the 1812 overture.

• Portage Lakes: at 10 p.m. Sunday

The 25th annual Fireworks will take place at dusk over Turkeyfoot Lake.

• Hudson:  9:30/10 p.m. Saturday* at Barlow Farm Park located at 1965 Barlow Road

Families are encouraged to sit and enjoy the show from Barlow Farm Park or the lawn in front of Little Tikes at 2180 Barlow Road in Hudson.

• Independence: 1o p.m. Friday at Elmwood Park.
