5 Things You Should Know About North Canton This Week

Don't forget about tonight's public meeting to discuss flooding in the city — and other events and updates coming up this week

1. Remember, you can still sign up for the  and tell your friends and family about it if you think they could benefit from it.

2. The North Canton City Schools Board of Education will meet at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in the district office conference room. You can find the agenda in the PDFs section of this update.

3. North Canton City Council meets at 7 p.m. tonight, but before that council members and city officials will hear from residents who were affected by the flooding from July. That meetings starts at 6 p.m. in North Canton City Hall. Find the full meeting agendas in the PDFs section of this update.

4. The Youth Theatre (next to ) presents Belt it Out, a musical revue that highlights some of musical theater's most energetic and powerful songs featuring women. It kicks off at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday. You also can catch it Sept. 1 and 2. All tickets are $10.
