Halloween and Harvest Party Celebrations, plus Starting and Financing Your Own Business, and more This Week at Stark County District Library

Halloween and Harvest Celebrations, Starting and Financing Your Own Business, plus Bruce Hooley and Chuck Utterback, and more this Week at Stark County District Library

Did you know the Stark County District Library is More Than Books? Your library is also a great place to check out the latest music from all genres. Whether you’re into classic rock, jazz, the latest teen hit-makers, classical, world music, inspirational, folk, or want to find a great soundtrack to a movie you recently enjoyed, the library has a deep and diverse selection. You can often rediscover lost favorites as well—an experience I’ve had numerous times, getting reacquainted with an album I’d downsized from my own collection, or from a performer I’d forgotten about. So stop in and have a look for yourself. New stuff is being added all the time, and there’s a great archive from the past for you to discover.

Stark County District Library also presents numerous informative, enriching, and entertaining programs for all ages.  This week’s schedule includes Starting and Financing Your Own Business, numerous Halloween and Harvest Celebrations for all ages, a visit from ESPN talk show host and co-author (with Chris Spielman) of That’s Why I’m Here, Bruce Hooley, and much more.

As always, each program listed here is linked to the Stark County District Library Events calendar, where you'll get more information about the program (such as the time the event is offered), and have the opportunity to register online or by phone to attend.
