North Canton Chamber of Commerce Announces Joe Rozsa as Entrepreneur in Residence

The Clinton resident will work with Kent State University, Walsh University and the North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce to promote business opportunities in and around the city

Clinton resident Joe Rozsa — also head of Trailer Trash Design firm — is North Canton's first entrepreneur-in-residence.

Rozsa will work with the North Canton Area Chamber of Commerce, Kent State University and to bolster entrepreneurship in the North Canton area. North Canton Patch had reported in February on the .

Rozsa owns a small business and has 25 years in the marketing and design field.

Beginning this fall, Rozsa will work with entrepreneurial business students at Kent State and Walsh and will connect North Canton Chamber members with available resources as well as serve as a mentor to persons interested in starting or expanding a business in the North Canton area, according to a media release from the Chamber.

In addition to his Chamber, Kent and Walsh duties, Rozsa will interact with EIRs from Orrville, Kent, Twinsburg, Aurora and Hudson, sharing ideas and information on economic development in the region.

Rozsa’s Trailer Trash Design firm was a recent recipient of the prestigious Gold Hermes Award for Creativity from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.

Rozsa earned a bachelor’s degree in commercial art and graphic design from the University of Akron and lives with his family in a century home in Clinton.
