We are very exited to receive this scholarship as we embark on our green journey. I plan on blogging on North Canton Patch about the Green Business Roundtable, and our personal journey as we learn more and grow. My almost-3-month-old just slept from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. (YES!). Hopefully, with more sleep, I can make time to share this journey via North Canton Patch!

So glad to hear that, Lisa! I'm personally interested in going green, so I really am looking forward to your blog and how Ermanno's is concentrating on sustainability.
