Blood pressure clinic

Healthcare professionals check blood pressure and discuss safe levels. Each person is given a card with that week’s recorded reading and spaces for future blood pressure checks. This log can then be taken to the individual’s primary care physician on the next visit. The BP clinic is free and open to the community.
