Where/When: Lake Township Historical Society and Museum, 3300 Myers St., Greentown; 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

2. THE HITMEN OF NORTH CANTON AT PUCKERS
Where/When: ; 8:30 p.m. Friday
Why Go: Not only will you hear great hits, but there's a contest involved. The Hitmen are asking their fans to take cellphone videos of any of their songs from Friday night and post them to the band's Facebook page. The best video wins a couple drinks and an appetizer courtesy of the Hitmen the next time they come to Puckers.
Pricing: No cover

Where/When: ; 6:30 p.m.–10 p.m. Friday
Why Go: Spend your night in the country club's outdoor pavilion eating dinner, listening to music and bidding on gift baskets. It's all to benefit Akron Children's Hospital, Childcare Center and East Canton Girl's Basketball.
Pricing: $15 per person, but make sure to register!

Why Go: Ever been to this cute little bar/restaurant in downtown Canton? Chances are you'll find something you like on tap, and the bartenders will be happy to serve it to you. And what else is better than hearing a new band?
