St. Paul Parish North Canton will host their annual Health & Wellness Expo “Body, Mind, Spirit: Living Well, Inside and Out” on Saturday, March 3, 2012, 10 am to 1 pm at St. Paul’s Church Gym, 241 South Main Street North Canton.  Over 40 local health and wellness exhibitors will be participating with fitness demonstrations and children’s activities throughout the event. Keynote Speakers include Deacon Ron Reolfi on “The Celebration of Discipline: A Path to Spiritual Growth” and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Sandi Lombardi on “Simplicity Now: Finding Peace & Freedom Inside Busy Schedules.” No cost and open to all ages.

Some of the exhibitors and activities include: Area Agency on Aging, Catholic Charities Adult Day Care, & other in home health care providers. Aultman W.O.W. program will do a presentation on germs and hand washing. Children will love hearing stories from Miss Patty as they sit on the grass carpet. St. Paul Preschool will offer a craft table. Meet Becky Carman with Bike and Build who made a 3,800 mile bike trip from Maine to CA stopping every 4-5 days and worked/helped build houses. Meet Lindsey Jo Bailey and learn about Art and Wholeness. Meet dedicated doctors and staff from The Center for Holistic Medicine. Learn about Mediation Services from Kent Valin.  Feed your spirit by finding out more about Loyola Retreat Center. Receive prayer from the prayer team of Personal Prayer Ministry. Traditional BP checks, Mental Health support through NAMI, Vista Psychological & Counseling Center. Meet Dan Fladung and be intrigued with Native American Culture, History and Spirituality. Hospice information will be offered through Gloria Mitchell. Questions answered about funeral services from Mr. Lamiell. Door prizes plus many more exhibitors.
