In 1984, Lee lost his sister at the age of 16 to Hodgkin's lymphoma.

"Lee's sister, Amy Lynn Spencer, was one of the first wish recipients and we witnessed firsthand  how wonderful this organization is," Tammy said . "This is our way of giving back and honoring Amy."

Not only do the Spencers want to help raise awareness about Wishes Can Happen, but they also hope to raise enough money to grant a wish, Tammy said.

One hundred percent of the proceeds go to Wishes Can Happen and there will be a lot of opportunities to help this cause while also having a great time.

The event will take place on Friday from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. and is open to the public.

"We roll out the red carpet and provide a variety of props you can use to glam up your portrait," Tammy said. "It's meant to be fun and the pictures are placed on Facebook for you to share with family and friends."

There will be raffle tickets available for $3 per ticket or *five tickets for $10. Raffle items will be anything  from massages to chocolates.

If you donate $25 or more, you get a swag bag full of  a lot of goodies and two free tickets to ride the Human Gyroscope, an astronaut simulator just like the training device used by NASA. Rides will also be available for $5 each.

Tammy said she is truly grateful to Game Craze for sponsoring this fun ride.

Last year's event proved to be a great time for people to dress up, snack on food, and listen to great music, she said.

Hanna Arvidson and Sarah French, seniors at GlenOak High School, attended last year's event.

Arvidson had a blast dressing up in all the costumes, she said.

French also had a great time trying on all the different props.

"Lee and Tammy are great to work with and the end result is fabulous" she said. "Not only are you having a blast getting your picture taken and enjoying great food, you are also helping a charity, which at any point in time is a good thing."
