1.
Where/When: Dogwood Park, 241 Seventh St.. NE, North Canton; 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday
Why Go: We’ll give you a couple reasons: First, you’ll help support a local animal rescue group. And second, you’ll get a chance to see Meteorologist Dick Goddard between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday. Where else can you see Goddard and a doggy fashion show all in one place?
Pricing: Free

2.
Where/When: , 6000 Frank Ave NW, North Canton; 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Sunday
Why Go: Just like the above charity craft bazaar, this event has a one-two punch: live entertainment and a pretend fossil dig. There’s also lots of other educational stuff for you and your family, of course.
Pricing: Free

3.
Where/When: , 200 S. Main St., North Canton; 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Saturday
Why Go: When in years past, we couldn’t wait to see what educational activity they’d think of this year. Other local organizations have come together to make this event happen, so there’s tons for the whole family to do, and it’s open to Y members and non-members.
Pricing: Free

4.
Where/When: , 525 7th St NE, North Canton; 7 p.m.-8 p.m. Friday
Why Go: These students have been practicing hard and can’t wait to show off their skills for their big night of jazz music. Stop by and show some support!
Pricing: Free

5.
Where/When: , 4919 Mount Pleasant St NW, North Canton; 9 p.m. Saturday-2 a.m. Sunday
Why Go: Any band that classifies its music genre as “roots rock and boogie blues” is good in our book. Listen to this rockin’ band (that’s heavy on the harmonica) and grab a drink inside North Canton’s only hot spot by the airport.
Pricing: $5
