Diebold's Car & Motorcycle Show

A public car and motorcycle show, organized by Diebold Incorporated, will be held on Thurs., Oct. 4 (postponed from Sept. 27 due to weather) at Diebold Corporate Headquarters located at 5995 Mayfair Road in North Canton. The show begins at 4 p.m. Event proceeds will benefit United Way of Greater Stark County's annual campaign.


Featured at this family event will be an array of historic, muscle, classic, modified and performance vehicles and motorcycles including Diebold steel-plated World War II military vehicles. Enjoy great food from locally owned restaurants including Papa Bears, Smokehouse BBQ, Rude Dawgs and Milk and Honey Ice Cream.


Cost to register an automobile or motorcycle is $20. Registration can be completed online at http://liveuniteddriveunited.com or on-site the day of the event.

Spectators will be able to vote for a favorite vehicle in the People's Choice award category. Additional award categories include the Design Award, Best Motorcycle, Customized Award, Glenmoor Gathering's Significant Award, United Way Best of Show and Thomas Swidarski's Bold Award.


United Way's annual campaign begins Sept. 7 and ends Nov. 29. This year's volunteer campaign chair is Diebold CEO, Thomas W. Swidarski.

Event sponsors include Park Acura, Northern Ohio Ducati and Triumph, Communications Exhibits Inc., Balance Product Development at the Platinum level, Go2Marketing and Traits Studio at the Gold level and Vintage Coach Limo and Projex at the Silver level.
