The voice of The Cleveland Calvaliers for 40 years, Joe Tait, joined the Hoover Hoops basketball family at Skyland Pines for the annual preseason tip-off dinner. Parent's of players, coaches, family and friends were able to meet Tait and his wife for pictures and autorgraphs before dinner as well as browse various items in the silent auction. After dinner, Don Wallick took care of the live auction items such as an autographed Emmitt Smith football, autographed ESPN sports banner and a Bose system... just to name a few items. Tait spoke of his own childhood memories of playing sports and then opened the floor for questions and comments. An exciting evening to officially start the 2012-2013 Hoover Hoops season... Go Vikes!
